Pre and Post Touring:
CTM is happy to assist with any holiday packages for pre and post touring for intrastate and interstate travel. Please see below some suggestions, however there is much more to do and see, and the CTM staff will be happy to assist.
- 2 night weekend cruise on Sydney Harbour on board M.V. Captain Cook Explorer
- Overnight trip to the Hunter Valley to visit wineries
- Visit the picturesque Blue Mountains
- Take in a Dolphin cruise at Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast
- Discover Ayers Rock and Kings Canyon
- Take in a break to a Queensland Island and visit the world famous Great Barrier Reef
Air Travel:
CTM offers the 'best available Internet or special fares' available on Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Blue. Only Virgin Blue and Jetstar internet bookings will incur a booking fee per person.
Air Travel within Australia
Delegates may prefer to take advantage of the 'best available Internet or special fares'.. Discounted fares do have conditions attached. Most are non-refundable if cancelled. CTM will advise the best fare availability and conditions of purchase at the time of making your booking.
International Fares
International airfares can not be discounted unless travel is for 10 people or more on the same flights. Alternatively please contact your local airline office regarding the best airfare for your preferred dates of travel.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended and covers your conference registration fees and travel costs in the case of unforeseen circumstances. From $57 per person (5 days policy), this provides cover for up to $10,000 in cancellation costs. CTM Groups consultants are able to assist with emailing the insurance brochure for your perusal.
